Patient Portal and Healow App
If you have already received an invite from us by email, you may login to the Patient Portal Website by visiting health.healow.com/EAAA.

Our New Patient Portal (established late 2019) requires that our office send you an invite to the Patient Portal website. Please call us at 334-528-0078 or email us by clicking EAAAPortal@EAAllergy.com and provide your email address.

East Alabama Allergy will email you the link.

Access by Healow App on Smartphone or iPad
Once taken to portal login, click login to your account using mobile phone. As the patient or parent/guardian, you will enter first name, last name, birthday, and cell phone number, then click submit. Click send code and a code will be sent via text message. Enter code and click login. You will then be asked to secure your account with security questions.
