Televisits are done through the Patient Portal using your computer or through the Healow app on your smartphone or iPad.

To gain access to the Patient Portal click here 

All New and Established Patients should register for the Patient Portal

Enter our specific practice code AEIIBD (all capital letters)

The video will also show you how to prepare for your Televisit

Once a Televisit Appointment has been made, you will be able to view this appointment in the Upcoming Appointments. At the time of your scheduled Televisit, click Join Televisit. You will then be prompted to answer questions specific to you and your provider will join the Televisit. 

For New Patients, once you gain Patent Portal access, please enter your medical history to minimize paperwork and simply your Televisit. Find the Questionnaire tab on the left side of the screen and submit questions provided under Medical History and Surgical and Allergies
